Tide has to turn…Doesn’t It ?

It continues to be very hard work to find successful losers in this month.

A £300 loss on the week with the 16th being a particularly painful day.

Yesterday was looking very promising until a stable punt on South Dakota Sioux and then the same Jockey on an excellent ride of Buraback. I highlighted the draw there, but he simply took it to the back of the field, in his preferred zone of stalls 1-3, waited for the gaps and hit the front.

A Jockey who didn’t read the script was then followed by one who did. Autumn Angel ridden by Molly Gunn ran as expected despite the money which did baffle me.

Despite the small loss yesterday it was more encouraging that the flow may start to turn in our favour.

I’ve probably cursed the 2 selections for the day now !
